These cupcakes are amazing! Anytime I get them for friends or family they are always a hit!
Today I stopped by the Julington Creek location and had the chocolate cupcake topped with coconut frosting for my father. He loves chocolate and coconut and this was a hit with him!

Just wanted to share with Wayne and Holly at the Bartam Oaks Walk store one of my favorite cupcake recipes: Black Bottom Cupcakes 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 c.sugar 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 tsp.baking soda, 1/2 tsp.salt, 1 c. water, 1/3 c.vegetable oil, 1 Tbsp.vinegar, 1 tsp.vanilla extract, 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 (6 oz) package semisweet chocolate morsels
Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Stir in water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Combine cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add egg and salt, beating well; stir in chocolate morsels. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon cream cheese mixture into center of each cupcake..Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min. Cool in pans 10 min. remove to wire rack to complete cooling. Yield 2 dozen. Enjoy I found this recipe in a 1982 Southern Living Cookbook...these are one of my favorites. Maybe your customers will like these too. Lillian |

1) *GASP*
